Notice on Accessibility of our B2B Online Shop

Our online shop is exclusively intended for business customers (Business-to-Business, B2B). Orders can only be placed after successful registration and verification of business status. Consumers within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) are explicitly excluded from purchasing.

Due to this orientation, our online shop is not subject to legal obligations regarding digital accessibility, as these requirements apply exclusively to services aimed at end consumers or public bodies.

Legal Basis:

- The Austrian Web Accessibility Act (WZG) implements EU Directive 2016/2102 and obliges only public sector bodies to make their websites accessible.

- The Accessibility Act (BaFG), which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (“European Accessibility Act”) and enters into force on 28 June 2025, mandates accessibility for certain products and services—but only if they are intended for consumers.

- Article 2(1) of Directive (EU) 2019/882 explicitly states that the obligations only apply to products and services made available to consumers:
“This Directive applies to products and services listed in Annexes I and II that are placed on the market or provided after 28 June 2025 and that are intended for consumers.”

As our online shop is not aimed at consumers and is accessible exclusively to verified business customers, the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the BaFG do not apply
