To ensure your order arrives hygienically packed, secure and in perfect condition, we pack all items in PE bags and place them in high-quality, sturdy cartons. Naturally, we work in strict compliance with all hygiene regulations.
Your parcel order is shipped via Österreichische Post in cooperation with DHL. Larger shipments are delivered by Dachser freight forwarding. We are also happy to arrange express deliveries on request – charges are calculated per order and kept as low as possible.

The standard delivery time is around 2–3 working days. During weeks with public holidays, minor delays may occur – please consider this when planning your orders.
