To ensure your order arrives hygienically packed, secure and in perfect condition, we pack all items in PE bags and place them in high-quality, sturdy cartons. Naturally, we work in strict compliance with all hygiene regulations.

Your parcel order will be shipped by Austrian Post in cooperation with DHL. Larger orders are delivered by Dachser freight forwarding. Express deliveries can be arranged on request – the costs are calculated individually and as economically as possible.

Information regarding deliveries outside Austria and Germany
Deliveries to other countries are made exclusively to industrial and commercial businesses, provided it can be demonstrated that the packaging supplied by us is used within the scope of industrial or commercial activities and does not become packaging waste at private households or at points of waste generation comparable to private households.
This is due to the respective national regulations, including applicable EPR requirements (Extended Producer Responsibility) for packaging. Therefore, deliveries outside Austria and Germany are assessed individually.
