Delivery Time & Shipping Method
The usual transit time within Austria and Germany is approximately
2–3 working days. During weeks with public holidays or periods of
exceptionally high carrier volumes, delivery times may vary.
Parcel orders are shipped with Austrian Post in cooperation with DHL.
Larger orders are delivered by Dachser.
Express delivery can be arranged on request; availability and costs are
assessed individually for the respective shipment.
Free Shipping in Austria & Germany
Orders with a net goods value of €269 or more are delivered
free of shipping charges within Austria and Germany.
Small Order Surcharge
For orders with a total net goods value below €59.00,
we charge a small order surcharge of
€9.90 net per order.
This contributes to the packaging, picking and handling costs associated
with small orders.
Deliveries Outside Austria and Germany
Deliveries to other countries are subject to individual review due to the respective national
EPR requirements (Extended Producer Responsibility).

The shipping costs shown are exclusive of applicable VAT.
Shipping weight is calculated from the net product weight × order quantity plus the weight of the packaging materials.
Additional freight surcharges may apply to deliveries to remote regions or islands.
Shipping costs for deliveries outside Austria and Germany are available on request following a review of the delivery options.
