Cups

Plastic cups with lids are versatile packaging solutions for food and non-food products. Our range includes cups in different sizes, shapes and designs – for example for dairy products, delicatessen foods, salads, spreads and confectionery, as well as for numerous chemical, technical, industrial and other non-food applications.

Our cups are predominantly made from polypropylene (PP) and, depending on the product, are available with different lid and closure systems. All cups offered in our shop are available directly from stock. Many models can also be individually decorated using In-Mould Labelling (IML) – for high-quality product and brand presentation integrated directly into the packaging.

Which cup is suitable for a particular application depends on the filling product and the specific conditions of use. Properties such as food contact compliance, liquid tightness, temperature resistance, suitability for freezing or high-temperature applications therefore need to be assessed on a product-specific basis. Material use and recyclability are also considered on a product-specific basis. Polypropylene can in principle be mechanically recycled. The specific material composition and further technical information can be found on the respective product page.

Plastic cups – versatile packaging solutions

Our plastic cups and containers are available in numerous sizes, shapes and designs. Depending on the specific product, they are suitable for a wide range of applications – including dairy products, delicatessen foods, salads, spreads and confectionery, as well as numerous chemical, technical, industrial and other non-food products.

Properties and selection options

Sizes and volumes: Our range of plastic cups extends from small packaging cups with a nominal volume of 30 ml to large cups with a nominal volume of 5 litres. Round cups are currently available in sizes from 30 ml to 1.5 litres, while rectangular cups range from 100 ml to 5 litres. Material: The majority of our cups are made from polypropylene (PP). The specific material is stated on the respective product page.
Food contact: Many of our cups are intended for direct contact with food. The specific food contact compliance is stated for the respective product.
Temperature and application: Properties such as suitability for warm or hot filling, high-temperature applications, microwave use and freezing are product-specific and are stated on the respective product page where available.
Lids and closures: Different lid and closure systems are available depending on the cup series. Some models feature a tamper-evident closure that makes the first opening visible.
Individual decoration: Many cups can be individually decorated using In-Mould Labelling (IML). Available options, decoration areas and minimum order quantities depend on the specific product and project.
Liquid filling products: Suitability for liquid products and liquid tightness depend on the specific cup-and-lid system and the conditions of use. For demanding applications, we recommend testing the complete packaging system with the intended filling product.
Recycling: Polypropylene can in principle be mechanically recycled. The actual recyclability of packaging depends, among other factors, on its specific material composition and design as well as the available collection, sorting and recycling infrastructure.
