Does the shop send electronic invoices?

Yes. Our shop supports electronic invoicing in the ZUGFeRD format. This is a hybrid e-invoice, consisting of a human-readable PDF document that also contains an embedded structured XML dataset. Many accounting and ERP systems can automatically read and process this information. If your system is currently not able to process ZUGFeRD invoices, we will of course continue to provide standard PDF invoices. Please also note that for cross-border deliveries within the EU, electronic invoicing is currently not mandatory. Therefore, PDF invoices remain legally valid. If you have any questions regarding invoice transmission or specific system requirements, our team will be happy to assist you.
