LOGIFLEX – modular packaging system for E2 crates

LOGIFLEX is a modular packaging system designed for efficient production, storage and transport processes. The dimensions of the rectangular plastic containers are coordinated with the internal dimensions of E2 Euro crates. Different container sizes can therefore be arranged and combined within the system in a space-efficient way.

LOGIFLEX packing configuration in an E2 crate

660 ml: up to 40 LOGIFLEX containers per E2 crate
1,150 ml: up to 24 LOGIFLEX containers per E2 crate
1,700 ml: up to 16 LOGIFLEX containers per E2 crate
2,400 ml and 3,300 ml: up to 8 LOGIFLEX containers per E2 crate
5,700 ml: up to 4 LOGIFLEX containers per E2 crate

Properties and advantages of the LOGIFLEX system

Designed for E2 crates: The dimensions of LOGIFLEX containers are coordinated with the internal dimensions of E2 Euro crates. This allows efficient use of the available space during production, storage and transport.
Modular system: Different LOGIFLEX sizes can be arranged and combined within the system in a space-efficient way. This allows the configuration of an E2 crate to be adapted flexibly to different products and portion sizes.
Sizes: The LOGIFLEX system includes containers with nominal volumes from 660 ml to 5.7 litres.
Standardised container rim: The different LOGIFLEX container sizes have an identical rim design. This can simplify and speed up format changes on appropriately configured filling and sealing equipment.
Food applications: LOGIFLEX is suitable for a variety of food applications, for example delicatessen products, salads and sauces. Specific food contact compliance and suitability for the intended application can be found on the respective product page.
Non-food applications: The system can also be used for suitable chemical, technical, industrial and other non-food products. Suitability for the respective filling product should be assessed on a product-specific basis.
Freezing applications: Selected LOGIFLEX versions are designed for freezing applications down to −18 °C. The temperature specifications stated for the respective product are decisive.
Mono-material and recycling: LOGIFLEX is designed as mono-material packaging. According to the manufacturer, the packaging system is designed for NIR detection and the float-sink separation process used in mechanical recycling.
