Can I return goods?
Unfortunately not – returns are not possible due to food safety regulations and the Product Safety Act.
Many of our customers use our packaging for sensitive goods such as food or animal feed. For this reason, we guarantee that all delivered items are brand-new products, stored, picked and shipped under strict quality and hygiene standards.
A return of incorrectly ordered items is not permitted, as we can no longer ensure that the goods remained unaffected and uncontaminated after leaving our warehouse – even if they appear to be in their original packaging. For hygienic and legal reasons, such products may not be resold once they have left our premises. This rule exists to protect all customers and to maintain product integrity.
It ensures that every product we ship is unused, hygienically flawless and safe. However, if we have accidentally sent incorrect items, we will of course accept them back and dispose of them properly at our expense.
Can I return goods?
No, unfortunately this is not possible for reasons of hygiene.
Many of our customers fill sensitive goods such as food or animal feed.
We guarantee all customers that they will receive clean new goods that are stored and picked under the strictest quality and hygiene guidelines until they leave our warehouse.
We can no longer check and control this for goods that have left our sphere of influence (our warehouse).
However, if we have sent the wrong items by mistake, we will of course take them back and dispose of them at our expense.
