How can I change my account details?
After logging into your customer account, you can add, edit or delete delivery addresses at any time.
For billing or company information (such as company name, legal form, or VAT ID), changes cannot be made independently for security and accounting reasons. If these details have changed, please contact us directly. We will verify your information and coordinate the update with you.
In some cases (e.g. changes to the company’s legal form or VAT ID), it may be necessary to create a new customer account. A corresponding new customer record will then be generated in our ERP system.
