How does the discount code work?

We regularly run special discount promotions for our loyal customers. These campaigns are announced short-term and as a pleasant surprise, often on special occasions such as the release of a new film or the launch of new product lines.

Invitations are sent via newsletter, which is only distributed to customers who are subscribed to our newsletter and have not unsubscribed. This newsletter contains your personal discount code, which can be entered during checkout in the field “Enter discount code” at the end of your shopping cart. Please note: The code must be entered exactly as shown – uppercase and lowercase letters matter.

Each code is valid only once per customer. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions.

How Does a Discount Code Work?

Invitation to Participate Access to these campaigns is granted exclusively via our newsletter. Only customers who have subscribed (and not unsubscribed) will receive a personal code.
Receiving Your Code The code is sent within the newsletter. Each code is personal and valid only for the assigned customer.
Redeeming the Code Enter the code at checkout in the field “Enter discount code”. Important: case-sensitive – the code must be entered exactly as shown.
Validity Each discount code can be redeemed once per customer. Subsequent redemption or combining multiple codes is not possible.
