How do I order samples?

For an initial evaluation, we provide free single samples (up to three different products). Please sign in to our shop or create an account under “My Account” and keep your login details. Then submit the “Sample Request” form in the “My Account” area.

We will review your request promptly and email you a discount code that enables a free sample order; enter this code during checkout in the “Enter discount code” field exactly as shown (case-sensitive). Please note: If your anticipated follow-up demand is very small, we may decline free samples or offer an alternative solution.

For complex applications (e.g., product shelf life, automated filling, special processes), we are happy to advise you in advance and recommend testing the selected containers with your original product under real conditions along the entire process chain.

How to receive your free individual samples
Transparent, fast and traceable – explained step by step.

Step What to do? Who? Result
1 · Register / Log in Log in as a business customer or create a new company account under “My Account” (have VAT/Company details ready). Customer Access to “My Account” area & “Sample Request” form.
2 · Send Sample Request Select up to three different items (individual samples), add a short note about intended use and quantity, then send the request. Customer Request is submitted to our team for review.
3 · Review by Bikapack Check availability, suitability & demand. For very small follow-up requirements we reserve the right to decline free samples or make an alternative offer. Bikapack Approval or alternative proposal – quick & transparent.
4 · Receive Discount Code After approval, you will receive a personal discount code by e-mail for your free sample order. Bikapack Individual code (case-sensitive).
5 · Redeem Code at Checkout Add sample items to the cart → in checkout enter the code in “Enter discount code” field exactly → complete order. Customer Sample order is processed free of charge (according to conditions).
6 · Shipping & Feedback Samples are shipped. We recommend testing with your original product under real conditions (filling, storage, transport). Bikapack & Customer Practical testing & personal consultation if needed.
Redeeming the Discount Code Notes
Code Field at Checkout Enter exactly (case-sensitive). Valid once per customer, not combinable, no retroactive redemption.
Scope of Articles Up to three different individual samples for initial evaluation. Business customers (B2B) only.
Availability Subject to stock. In case of shortages, we will suggest a suitable alternative.
