Are the products suitable for food contact?

Most of our products comply with the current European and national regulations governing packaging intended for direct contact with food.

These items are made from food-grade plastics that have been tested and approved in accordance with relevant EU regulations (e.g., EC No. 1935/2004 and EU No. 10/2011).

However, some products are not approved for food contact, such as those made from recycled materials or intended for technical use.

You can easily identify whether an item is food-safe by checking the performance symbols displayed on the respective product image. An explanatory legend can be found further down the page.

Upon request, we will gladly provide you with the Declaration of Compliance for the packaging you have purchased.
